More specifically, this experience showed me how our own relationship with money clouds our judgement when it comes to providing exceptional experiences for our clients.
Sometimes spending less on an experience ruins the experience.
When it comes to physical therapy, some clients aren’t looking for a discount. In fact, that is exactly the opposite of what they’re looking for.
The problem is that our assumptions and clunky relationship with money keep us from offering what could be a truly life changing experience simply because we felt that our client wanted to save money.
